- What home care nursing services do you provide in Kumasi?
- Elderly care and companionship, post-surgery recovery, comprehensive wound care, new mother and newborn support, dementia and Alzheimer's care, rehabilitation support, respite for family carers, and medication and vital-signs monitoring.
- Can you care for someone after they are discharged from hospital?
- Yes. Post-surgery recovery is one of our core services: wound checks, pain and medication management, mobility work and escalation back to the surgical team when something changes.
- Do you provide overnight or live-in nursing care?
- Care is arranged around the clinical needs in the care plan, from scheduled daily visits through to extended and overnight cover. We agree the pattern of visits with the family after the home assessment.
- Will the same nurse attend every visit?
- Wherever possible, yes. Continuity matters most in dementia and rehabilitation care, so we match one nurse to the household. When they are on leave, a briefed colleague covers and the record continues without a gap.
- Can a hospital, clinic or midwife refer a patient to you?
- Yes. Clinicians can refer a patient through our referrals page, set the care plan we follow, and be given visibility of their patient's visit records.
