A nursing agency built around one question
"Is the person I love really being cared for?" Everything we do, who we hire, how we train, what we record, what we send you exists to answer it honestly.

Why we exist
Ghana trains thousands of nurses every year. A great many of them finish their training, qualify, and then wait, skilled, capable, and unemployed. At the same time, older Ghanaians are being looked after by untrained house-helps, or shuttled between impersonal hospital wards, or leaning on a relative who is quietly exhausted.
We employ those nurses and put them where they are most needed: in the home. That is the first half of the answer. The second half is proof, a documented, timestamped record of every visit, so that the family, wherever they live, can see the care with their own eyes.
What we stand for
Dignity
The patient is a person with a life, a name and preferences, never a case.
Competence
Licensed, vetted, supervised nurses working to a written clinical plan.
Transparency
If it happened, it's in the record. If it didn't, it isn't.
Employment
Real jobs, fairly paid, for Ghanaian nurses who trained for this work.
For hospitals, surgeons, clinics and midwives
We work as the continuation of your care after discharge. Wound reviews, medication adherence, vitals and rehabilitation are carried out to plan and documented, and we escalate to you the moment something changes. Referring clinicians can be given visibility of their patient's record.
For nurses looking for work
If you are a licensed Ghanaian nurse, we would like to meet you. We hire, train and supervise nurses for long-term home placements, with proper employment and a clinical lead behind you on every case.
Is the person you love really being cared for?
Tell us about them. We'll match a licensed nurse, agree a monthly care plan, and you'll see every visit as it happens.
