Home care nursing agency in Ghana
Home care nursing agency in GhanaSee the care. Trust the care.
Licensed Ghanaian nurses deliver professional clinical care in your family's home, and every visit is documented and sent to you, wherever you are in the world.

Licensed & vetted
Every nurse is registered, background-checked and employed by us.
Documented visits
Nothing is taken on trust, it's recorded and shared.
Care from abroad
Siblings in the UK, US, Canada and Europe can share the cost.

We don't just provide care. We provide proof of care.
After every visit the nurse completes a clinical record in our secure portal. Minutes later it's on your phone in London, Toronto, Maryland or Milan, the same record, the same day, no chasing anyone for an update.
- Vital signs
- Blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen.
- Medication
- What was given, in what dose, at what time.
- Meals & mood
- What they ate, how they slept, how they felt.
- Photos
- A dignified visual record from each visit.
- Timestamps
- Arrival and departure, logged to the minute.
- Observations
- Clinical notes and anything that needs escalating.
Two problems, one answer
Skilled nurses without work
Ghana trains thousands of nurses each year who cannot find employment, a deep pool of skilled clinical talent standing idle. We employ them.
Families without proof
Millions of Ghanaians abroad send money home for a parent's care with no way of knowing it is happening. Their alternatives are untrained house-helps, impersonal hospitals or an overstretched relative. These families are not short of love or money. They are short of proof.
Clinical care, at home
Care is arranged as ongoing monthly support and shaped around the person, not a package.
- Elderly care & companionship
- Post-surgery recovery
- Comprehensive wound care
- New mother & newborn care
- Dementia & Alzheimer's care
- Rehabilitation support
- Respite for family carers
- Medication & vitals monitoring
The questions families ask first
- How do I know a visit really happened?
- Arrival and departure are timestamped in our portal, and the nurse completes the clinical record before leaving: vital signs, medication given, meals, mood and observations. You see it the same day, wherever you live.
- Can siblings abroad share the cost of care?
- Yes. One parent, one monthly care plan, and the cost can be split between brothers and sisters wherever they live. We quote in writing after the home assessment, with no hidden extras.
- Are the nurses actually licensed?
- Every nurse is licensed to practise in Ghana, identity and background checked, employed directly by TrueNurse Care and supervised by a senior clinical lead. They are not freelancers.
- How soon can home care nursing start?
- Usually within a week of the first call. Hospital discharges are treated as urgent and we work to the discharge date.
- Which areas of Ghana do you cover?
- We are based in Kumasi and provide home care nursing there and in the surrounding areas, with coverage expanding across Ghana. Call us and we will tell you honestly whether we reach your family's home.
Is the person you love really being cared for?
Tell us about them. We'll match a licensed nurse, agree a monthly care plan, and you'll see every visit as it happens.
